Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

1. Policy

Montrock prohibits bribery, corruption, kickbacks, facilitation payments and improper inducements.

2. Bribes

No person acting for the Company may offer, promise, give, request or accept anything of value intended to improperly influence a decision or secure an improper advantage.

3. Gifts and Hospitality

Reasonable, proportionate and legitimate hospitality may be allowed subject to internal limits and recording. Cash gifts and anything intended to influence a regulatory, banking, procurement or client decision are prohibited.

4. Public Officials

Interactions with public officials require particular care and must not involve facilitation payments or concealed benefits.

5. Third Parties

Agents, consultants, introducers and material vendors may be subject to risk-based due diligence, contractual anti-corruption clauses and monitoring.

6. Political and Charitable Contributions

Corporate contributions must be lawful, transparent and approved in accordance with Company governance. They must never be used as disguised bribes.

7. Reporting

Suspected misconduct should be reported to Compliance or through the whistleblowing process. Good-faith reporters are protected from retaliation.
