Capital Adequacy & Liquidity Statement

1. Purpose

Montrock is committed to maintaining financial resources appropriate to its regulated activities, risks, obligations and business plan.

2. Regulatory Capital

The Company monitors compliance with applicable FSC capital requirements and licence conditions. Regulatory-capital figures are disclosed only where confirmed against the current rules and the Company’s specific licence conditions.

3. Internal Capital and Liquidity

Management considers operating expenses, market and counterparty exposures, liquidity-provider margin, settlement risk, stress scenarios, client-money arrangements and planned growth when assessing capital and liquidity needs.

4. Stress Testing

The Company performs proportionate stress and scenario analysis to assess the impact of adverse market moves, liquidity disruption, counterparty failure, operational incidents and revenue shocks.

5. Board Oversight

Capital and liquidity information is reported to management and the Board at an appropriate frequency. Material shortfalls or emerging risks are escalated promptly.

6. No Guarantee

This statement is not a guarantee that the Company or a third-party institution cannot fail. It describes the Company’s governance approach to financial resilience.
