These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Montrock Ltd (“Mont Rock,” “we,” “us”) and you (“Client,” “you”). By opening an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Montrock Ltd does not accept clients from certain jurisdictions. By applying, you confirm you are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Account Opening

Account opening is subject to successful completion of our suitability assessment, identity verification, and compliance checks. Montrock Ltd reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

4. Trading Services

Montrock Ltd provides execution-only services. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or fiduciary services. All trading decisions are made by you at your own risk.

5. Fees & Charges

All applicable fees, spreads, commissions, and financing charges are disclosed on our website and platform. By trading, you authorise us to deduct these charges from your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Montrock Ltd shall not be liable for losses arising from market movements, technical failures beyond our reasonable control, force majeure events, or your own trading decisions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
