Restricted Jurisdictions Policy
1. Principle
The Company’s services are not available in every jurisdiction. A jurisdiction may be prohibited, restricted, professional-only or subject to enhanced review.
2. Current Website Blocked Jurisdictions
Jurisdictions listed as unavailable include the United States of America, Cuba, North Korea, Iran and Syria. This list is maintained against sanctions, FSC requirements, banking and payment restrictions and legal advice.
3. Dynamic List
The authoritative restricted-jurisdiction list is maintained by Compliance and applied through the Company’s onboarding and order controls.
4. Controls
Controls may include IP geolocation, country-of-residence checks, nationality and tax-residence review, ID issuing-country checks, telephone and bank-country consistency, payment filtering, VPN/proxy flags, KYC restrictions and manual review.
5. Circumvention
Users must not use VPNs, nominees, alternative addresses or third parties to evade jurisdictional restrictions.
6. Cross-Border Marketing
Commercial target-market percentages do not constitute regulatory permissions. The Company documents the legal basis and any conditions applicable to solicitation and onboarding in a country before actively marketing there.
7. Changes
The list may change without prior notice where legal, sanctions, regulatory, banking or risk circumstances require immediate action.
