1. Commitment
Montrock maintains a cybersecurity framework proportionate to the sensitivity of financial, identity and transaction data it processes.
2. Core Controls
Controls may include multi-factor authentication, role-based access, encryption where appropriate, network and endpoint protection, vulnerability management, monitoring, backups, secure configuration, change management and incident response.
3. Client Security
Clients should protect credentials, use MFA where offered, keep devices updated, verify communications and report suspicious activity immediately. Montrock will not ask clients to disclose passwords or one-time authentication codes through unsolicited communications.
4. Phishing and Fraud
Users should access the Company only through official domains and applications. The Company may publish fraud-awareness notices and may contact clients if suspicious account activity is detected. Suspected phishing or fraud may be reported to security@mont-rock.com.
5. Third-Party Risk
Material technology providers are assessed proportionate to service criticality and data access.
6. Incident Response
The Company maintains procedures for containment, investigation, recovery, evidence preservation, regulatory assessment and communication.
7. Confidential Architecture
For security reasons, internal network diagrams, defensive configurations, credentials, vulnerability reports and detailed incident playbooks are not published.
